about ten posts before this one theres a post claiming its the police headquarters.

The video goes on to show hits to two different buildings, one on either side of the street. Possible that one’s the Police HQ and the other is a University building. Or even (less likely admittedly) that the Police HQ is in a University building.

Interior Ministry is on the other side of the street someone wrote. It’s a likely miss I think. Leonid Ragozin is a Russian, was very critical of the NATO intel leaks prior to the war, ridiculed them, but is now in shock like many Russians. I myself cannot say what kind of building this is . I have not the capacity to geolocate and must rather post sources. There are bound to be mistakes now and then. But it is logical that Ragozin know what kind of building this is.
