Russian War Crimes (Part 1)

Sadly he will at some point have to make the decision to take this to the next stage of the process - surrender and/or the division of Ukraine. At some point the trade off between continued resistance and the sheer human cost will require addressing…

So sad we are here in this day and age in Europe.

West trying to destroy Russia’s statehood with its sanctions — SVR head

The US and its allies are trying to impose an economic and information blockade of Russia as they lack the courage for open confrontation

MOSCOW, March 3. /TASS/. The aim of Western sanctions against Russia is to destroy its statehood, Head of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) Sergey Naryshkin said in a statement circulated on Thursday.

“The masks have been thrown off. The West is not just trying to put a new ‘iron curtain’ around Russia. We can talk about the attempts to destroy our state or to ‘cancel’ it as it is now accustomed to say in the ‘tolerant’ liberal-fascist environment,” the statement says.

The United States and its allies are trying to impose an economic and information blockade of Russia as they lack the courage for open confrontation, Naryshkin said.

“As the United States and their allies have neither the possibility nor the courage to try to do that in an open and honest military and political stand-off, sneaky methods are used to establish an economic, information and humanitarian blockade. The most disgusting thing is that this is being done under the false slogans of the need to protect the sovereignty of Ukraine and European security,” the SVR head said.

This is the same man who was pissing his pants when questioned by Putin. His statement is bonkers and the Russian rhetoric as a whole is getting crazier and crazier. You have to ask yourself if they are following Hitler’s and Goebbels’ Big Lie practices or even worse they are actually believing what they are saying.

Except in Russia, North Korea and China.

Do you consider their citizens to be “free”?

Ok, maybe not North Korea, but Russians and Chinese would probably say they were free.

Do they have free citizens?

I would disagree with them. The absence of legitimate democratic elections would disqualify them from being “free” in the traditional sense. Also heavy surveillance and protesting the government being illegal would also disqualify the “free” designation there.

Just in quickly to post this one. Looks like the Ukrainian Special Forces have started using the Norwegian shipment. They are carrying M-72s. Very good in urban combat. Very light-weight. Won’t destroy an MBT unless you hit the turret, but will destroy APCs and the like.

Sounds pretty much like every other western nation as well tbh, just because we have the illusion of freedom doesn’t mean we truly are free does it? Yellow vest protests , Canada and pretty much every time the G20 and Davos meetings take place goes to show how much freedom the elites think we have .

Massive problem here is because most of us are western democracy based, we therefore judge the world to our standards and basically to hell with anyone else perspective, we dismiss everything as the opposition’s propaganda on this and so many other things and then get smug about it to the point where any empirical evidence would be rejected , and this goes on to all of us.

But when all this propaganda shit is put aside the fact is people are dying in war caused by geopolitics and it’s time we grew the fuck up as a planet .

Odin isn’t Big Noyd

Probably another topic for another thread in some other time.

What’s the definition of free ?

Does free mean the likes of Modi / Erdogan and the other vile demagogues being elected into power just because they’ve deluded sections of people into believing that they can’t do anything wrong ?

I have to pipe up here, because I’m boiling over.

The distinct lack of western military support is only going to have one outcome here. Civilian casualties. Destruction of private properties (people’s homes, like you and me). There will be no insurance to rebuild. The people of Ukraine are on the brink of losing everything. Just like the victims of all other wars, it’s the common person who pays the ultimate price, whilst “leaders” are cozy and comfortable in their military-secured shelters.

Putin and Lukashenko are not going to stop until Ukraine is razed to the ground, just like Assad did to Syria.

who is going to stop them? this is bullying on a global scale.

I’m really sad that someone is going to have a football club taken away because of a relationship he may have with someone.

I don’t think that’s particularly fair to be honest. But we do have to hold all of our relationships to account.

Well…this odious cunt just raced to the top of my shit list.
