Russian War Crimes (Part 1)

I think that was the total number of ATGM shipped to Ukraine when that article was written, not just from the US. I may be wrong, but I have read today and yesterday a similar number as a total number.

Sorry if this has already been discussed, but there are a lot of messages! Just googled Azoz, after reading about the battle above. Can anyone explain why Ukraine have an openly neo-Nazi military unit? Seems very odd, and gives weight to what I assumed was completely false Russian propaganda.

Agreed:

It is one, a single, volunteer battalion. And it has been covered extensively and yes, it grants RU free propaganda. The reason it exists at all is because in 2014, Ukraine was shattered after Maidan and the Russian military operations, the army did not exist, so Right Wing volunteers formed militias (Ultra Nationalists love to fight, it is their single Aristoelean virtue; i.e. bravery). Azov is now under Ukrainian command and no longer operates solo like it did in 2015.

But it’s not really important. It is a fragments of Ukraine’s armed forces. According to RU propaganda, they are all nazis.
