The problem is Evraz is publicly traded (London), and Abramovich is not a majority shareholder. The North American subsidiary is not really a Russian company in that sense.

I wonder why this was permitted to go on air???
I can’t fault what Dame Barbara said during her speech. She just left four words out at the end “ Lying, murdering, Russian cunts”.
