While I would not directly blame Germany to that degree, it is essentially correct. Germany should be blamed for its pro-Kremlin trade policy the last 2 decades. It closed its eyes for basically everything.

The other PMs looked totally nonplussed. Like they didn’t know what was going on. It must be hard for Zelenskyy to condense all of Ukraine’s needs concisely in such stressful circumstances. And for him to have to do it repeatedly to a multitude of different groups with varying abilities and capacities to assist.
They are well informed and wouldn’t have come had they not been well informed. I think it’s more the gravity of the situation. Few knows more of what is happening than Ukraine’s direct neighbours.
