Yeah, that’s the most frustrating part, that it flew just like that across 3 NATO countries for almost an hour.
Couple of minutes in Romania (which suggests that it didn’t came from Odessa, but more northern/inland), around 40 minutes in Hungary (biggest issue) and then 7 minutes in Croatia.
Even more so, people who know about radars are saying that each one of those 3 can/should detect a wider area also, beyod their borders/fly zone.
Croatia are saying they caught it on radar, but didn’t want to go into further details if they tried to activate fighters to bring it down, the unofficial stance is that 7 minutes was not enough time to do anything.
Someone is obviously either lying or maybe even a few or all sides or it was the case of a total collective breakdown. Who knows.

Somebody needs to do a meme with Putin as the Black Knight and Zelenskyy as King Arthur.
This is big. S-300.
SA-12 (S-300V) is a bit unlikely though, no one officially has that system. Rest is stuff NATO states have.

For that exact same reason, that we should be very careful to not start WW3 by getting the NATO involved.

Was there ever any middle ground?
This was created by nationalistic sentiments backed by an ancient super power (due to thier fascist tendencies).
On the other side there were other nationalists who wanted to keep the identity the international community had given them. Who got backing by their government due to aggressions from within and exterior.
Each side calling the others Nazis, we have seen this shit so many times and we know from them that the collective grudges last generations. There are no solutions that would give satisfaction to the 2 sides and things will simmer for ages and at times boil over with each side blaming the other.
The thing is that Putin is the creator of this situation with his support of the ‘Russian’ fascists, without it would they have kicked all this off.
What ever happens this problem will just not go away, it’s already gone too far!
