Russian War Crimes (Part 1)

PROFIT. that’s all the care about.

Yeah, this is nothing new indeed.

We’ve noticed that at the start of the war, posters took care to hide the graphic content, and put in a link with a warning about its content. This initial discipline has relaxed over the last days, but I think it’s important that it stays like that.

If someone wants to see mutilated body parts and cadavers, then go ahead, but not without having been warned before about what is awaiting. But having offensive pics aggressing all posters without forewarning is a no-go.

It’s just a fuel depot. Legitimate target.

Thank you. My lack of sleep was due to complicated stuff and not due to this, but you are right regardless.

Russia could put out a story that the Ukriane were given the helicopters from Poland,

remember how Russia reacted to the idea of Poland giving the Ukrainian F-14s(?)

This might be also a Russian move to negotiate new contracts. (Rubel)

The issue is most restaurants are franchises. Which means McDonalds do not own them. Instead a Russian entrepreneur pays to use the brand. They must buy all the equipment and must conform to the menu etc.

Individuals owners make money selling burgers. McDonalds makes a money by selling a licence, all the equipment, plus a 4% cut of the profits.

The likely scenario is McDonald’s has pulled out. But they can do nothing about the Russian franchises operating independently. Trying to enforce their license terms would be pointless.
