Iām watching Lord of the Rings (again) and I wonder where the deep dark pit these fuckers were buried in before Putin dug them out. We will need to find it so we can throw the dispicable sods back in and close it for good!

You need to try and calm down , seriously , for your own health. This abomination is taking its toll on people , myself included. What I do now is I refuse to watch any of the tv coverage that centres on āhuman interestā type stories. Itās manipulative and emotionally draining and not good for your mental health. I restrict myself to analysis from good reporters , and although I follow all the posts in this incredible thread daily for an overview , I wonāt click on any of the videos. Iāve seen and heard enough horror already without having to have my senses battered daily.
Do yourself a favour mate and just step back a bit.
