Some new Twitter rules
We were shown clear evidence of war crimes. The man in the photograph was found in a yard w/hands tied behind back and trousers down to ankles. I saw bodily fluids down side of one of his legs. He had been shot in head. He had been beaten blue. Blurring is deliberate.

Judging by the difference in colour of grass immediately beneath him, he had been left there for some time — i.e. from before Ukraine reclaimed town this month. Police chief Vyacheslav Tsilyuryk said they did not know who the man was, but estimated his age to be 30 plus minus.
When he blurs it, he destroys his own post. It is useless then to show as evidence. That blurred corpse could be anything. I dislike this censorship some are doing, it erodes the point of their post and sanitises the war.
He can use a filter like anyone else.
I hope the butterfly effect won’t be too severe.
This is very touching
