I have a feeling the infrastucture is as poor as their logistics. That Train with the Tanks on it looked like it was caused by dodgy poorly maintained wagons to me. If this is true they are going to end up with gigantesque logistical problems if 1/3 of there rolling stock is made of papier maché.
The fact they blamed a fire on wiring indicates they have a mouse and rat problem.
