I’d just like to point out powders and explosive utilities often have accidents. Considering those in Russia are probably under great pressure to develop and produce atm I wouldn’t be surprised that accidents increase. Yes a whole plant going up isn’t so common but far from unknown.
I live near and know of an SNPE utility and the number of accidents reported is astonishing (as are the pollution problems it causes).

If you see what these children have to go through here, it is just terrible to imagine how the children have to feel that were kidnapped to Russia.

Canadian Ukrainian. The guy boasting about war crimes and how he as an officer in former years discharged a corporal that was jumping up and down on a land mine. That sort of nonsense.
