Russian War Crimes (Part 1)

A friend of mine says there is a saying in Russia that the largest ever anti-war protest in the country was just 6 people. That is a supposedly mostly serious statement. In that context, looking at the level of public pushback coming out of Russia and from ex pats is really striking.

How can any of us know what the feeling is in Russia? There is no free political debate, no civil society and no way of knowing what the people think. All we know is that they have no other information than that which the government gives them.
There is no sign so far that there is a coherent opposition to this war.

Then;

They hit an airport outside with Iskander ballistic missile. That was the massive blast I read.

Don’t know many Russian celebrities but I’ve just checked two accounts and I’m disappointed.

She has over 17 million followers and could spread true informations instead of posting such a bland picture.

Maria Sharapova always seemed to be such a likeable person but so far posted nothing about the war to her 4 million followers.

Shame

Correction: I read the factory and a large oil depot as well. But I do think the airport was hit too.

I was right ! Both the airport and the depots.

:pensive:

Going back to my break.

Many such reports. To keep operational security intact with all the satellites, they didn’t tell soldiers what was about to happen.

Iskander impact on Kharkiv.
