Wtf are US civilians even doing in Russia. They should be encouraged to leave before Moscow is bombed

of course not. he’s deep-throating putin and can’t reach his change purse.

Increasingly looking like the tortured ‘suspects’ may not have committed the (most likely) Putin organised crime.

What am I missing? Why would Putin display such an astronomical weakness in front of the world? Remember, this is the guy that is so vain he bareback horse-rides topless.

He has form. Did it in Chechnya

Ah …horse…triggering my art in me

Don’t even know how this war is gonna end well for anyone and what is well…the moment Russia walked into Crimea without much consequences years before this war, Russia already knew they can walk in anytime again and they did. Yea sanctions in the front, but still buy gas from them at least still 2027…I think most common folks in Ukraine just want the war to end one way or another so they have a chance to continue with their lives one way or another.

Ultimately the price of this war will be measured by the decades of safety it will buy the rest / what will be left of Ukraine and the Baltic states.

I think the West should seriously consider ending all diplomatic relations with Russia. What possible benefit do we get from allowing their spies and assassins to operate out of our embassies ? Once our dependance upon their gas and oil has been finally weaned off , we should just close the door behind them. Wherever Russia operates in the world it is with malign intentions , why should we make it easier for them ?

Because rich people ‘here’ make themselves even richer by it!

That has never happened before as far as I know. Even during the most critical times of the cold war, diplomatic channels and embassies were open.

I honestly think that the most dangerous thing is when all talks between countries break down. Reaching this point would put us all at serious risk of nuclear extermination.

There is some pretty graphic torture on twitter that has been done to these guys.

Getting them to eat their own ear, connecting batteries to their genitalia. Eye popping out. Reports that one of the guys had part of his dick chopped off.

Real barbaric stuff. They would have confessed to anything.

And in doing so they undermine the very fabric of western liberal democracy. There’s barely an institution left that hasn’t been corrupted by Russian money.

Things are just different now though. There’s barely a week goes by without Putin threatening nuclear warfare and who knows whether or not he’s actually crazy enough to try it. Our naivety is exposed time and again when it comes to Russia. Just look at the warnings we gave them about the recent attack. They totally ignored it and now make these fantastical claims that we were the ones behind the attacks. And we’re just supposed to take it on the chin and continue to afford them diplomatic niceties ?

It’s not about being naive or affording them niceties. It’s about maintaining a communication line. Otherwise, you go for all-out war, with all possible means. I don’t think anyone wants that to be honest.

We don’t need to be at war with them , unless they are stupid enough to attack a NATO country. They’re gonna end up keeping the lands they’ve annexed in eastern Ukraine. Let’s just make sure that’s the end of it and close the door and let them enjoy their future as a client state of China.
