Voting has now closed and Tigger has been crowned the TAN Greatest Fictional Creature.
A celebratory ham and lifetime’s supply of extract of malt are in the post; the Greatest… series will now be taking a short break and will probably return after the Euros.

I’ll tell you all a little story about Tiggers. At my school when I was 6, the annual production was a Winnie the Pooh montage. All the parts were auditioned bar one. The teacher just turned on me, pointed and said “obviously, you’re Tigger”
About right really.

That would be very difficult as many “inventions” are just applications of existing technology. There’s nothing you can buy today that you couldn’t buy in some form 30 years ago bar sat-nav.
Plus the silicon chip wins hands down.
