Saw this guy during my daily walk a few days ago. Looks like a juvenile eagle (I have no idea if it is a golden or bald, or other eagle families)?

I can never tell one Raptor/Bird of Prey from another. But they are all lovely. :nerd_face:

What they are doing is introducing an alien/invasive species, not reintroducing a native species. Persian Cheetah, which used to inhabit parts of India, is still found in Iran and parts of Pakistan.

Also, Cheetah isn’t a cat, it doesn’t have retractable claws.

The gene pool of cheetah is so small that they are indistinguishable from one another genetically and in behavioral patterns.

Yes these two subspecies have very little differences.

If India decided to reintroduce the Persian Cheetah it would have helped that subspecies since it’s highly endangered.

Same time 0245, just different angles.

So darker with some golden colours in one direction, practically daylight in others.
