The Arsenal Thread (Part 1)

Also signing the bloke Newcastle sold before buying him.

Arsenal fans are probably looking at everything that’s going on at their rival clubs when it comes to managers getting sacked, key players getting injured, transfers that have to be made etc. and can’t believe their luck. Let alone this season, I’d be amazed if they don’t win the title in the next one, too!

And it’s a reminder that it isn’t so long since he was the target for all the banter. Plenty of Arsenal fans wanted him gone.

Cue no more goals from throw ins for Arsenal. Can they hire our former set pieces guy next, please.

Grønnemark was the one who was working with us under Jürgen. I seem to recall he was rather decent at it too.

Without Own Goals however….

Headline:

“Arteta calls Arsenal ‘most exciting team in Europe’ after Scholes’ criticism.”

Quote in the article:

“I hear completely the opposite: all around Europe that we are the most exciting team in Europe – the most goals, the most clean sheets,” the manager said. “Maybe I have different sources.”

Lazy media tricks…

Or he’s lying.

Is it that they go to another school?
