In the category of TAN Poster of the Year for Non-Football Related Discussion (Nonsense), I am sorry to inform you all that the forum has lost its collective marbles and has settled on @Bekloppt. I have no idea how this happened and can only assume that everyone had magic mushrooms for Christmas dinner. May you hang your heads in shame, and may God have mercy on us all.
congrats to Sweeting and BeKloppt… im sure there were many well deserved mentions of others aswell… well done to the two winning lads, but also the forum in general, the forum is in a pretty good balance right now thanks to a good mix of level headed posting and a few laughs.
ironic really as when the football turns to shite normally this place does too, funnily enough we won the title last season when the forum was probably at its worst with well documented issues, now the football is shite, the forum is one of the better places to be…

About 25 years ago (ugh) when Nike were first trying to break through into the football market my coach had a connection in that division and got his mate to send us a load of not yet commercially available first generation Nike boots, the ones that would later become the Nike Mercurial that R9 wore. Unfortunately the only had them pigmy sizes so me, with normal man’s sized feet couldn’t get any. Feeling sorry for me, he put in a call to someone else he knew at Puma and they sent him a pair of Puma Kings styled in this sort of throwback brown leather. It’s only pair of non-black boots I ever wore, but my god they looked incredible.
What makes this place is the community, and we’re lucky to have some top posters around here. A few of them now have a shiny little badge next to their name wear it with pride (or abuse your new powers).
