Wow. Never heard of that band, but it reminds me so much of Breaking Benjamin.

Hedvig Mollestad Trio doesn’t exactly trip off the tongue but that belies her nice fluid riffing on this one. Best female Norwegian guitarist? You betcha!

Enjoyable return to the dub scene for this lot.

I post those videos on the hugely popular Leicester City ‘Foxtrot’ forum…

Cheers mate and likewise! You should post stuff more often.

Thanks, when I’m inspired I can post a whole series. To to find that inspiration again, off to listen to some Led Zep. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

This gave me a huge lift this morning. Afrobeat hero Femi Kuti released this a month or so ago. Hadn’t heard his work before.

DMX REPORTEDLY SUFFERS FROM DRUG OVERDOSE & IS IN CRITICAL CONDITION

Let’s keep DMX in our prayers.

It has been reported that the rapper is currently in the hospital after suffering from a drug overdose. Sources close to the rapper say that the overdose occurred around 11 p.m in his home and that the overdose caused him to have a heart attack.

Warming up for the Arsenal match with some classic INXS. Everyone knows their big hits, mainly from their 1987 album Kick and later, but their older stuff is much less commercial and, in my opinion, their best material was done before they made it big. Here’s my favourite track, from 1982’s album Shabooh Shoobah:

INXS: Australia’s finest export.

Except for @SBYM , obviously.

Wow. Talk about minimalist percussion on that second track. Pretty cool.

My new musical obsession.

If you could time travel to any concert in history which one would you go and see?

For me its a tough choice - The Ziggy Stardust Tour, Live Aid, Marvin Gaye at Montreux, The Stones in Hyde Park, Elvis in Tupelo 1956…

But this one probably shades it for me - Springsteen 1975 Hammersmith Odeon.
