Iâm sorry for the language but we just donât whatâs happening.
It does seem to be one department, I think we over think it due to the medical department but that department has been a bit of a mess throughout Kloppâs tenure to be fair.
I think this all started with Edwards departure, sometimes itâs wise to keep promoting within, if Ward and Graham work closely and itâs come out of the blue it kind of makes sense that Graham is also considering leaving.
I do think this is sales related. My major concern is where it leaves us ahead of a massively important window. I did feel Ward seemed to lean to Portugal a little too much.

Wardâs decision followed Grahamâs not the other way around.
If Edwards announces he has a new job in the next month or so it wouldnât surprise me.

Doesnât mean the whole club is in collapse which Jabu seems to be predicting.
We need a major overhaul in midfield and the guys who should make that happen are leaving ⌠
other possibility is we might be sold
How long was Edwardsâ gardening leave? Iâd assume all these guys would have to serve similar.

Edwards was a year, Ward and Graham both leave in the summer 2023.
Newcastle have Dan Ashworth and Chelsea have the entirety of the rest of Brightonâs scouting and analytics department.
