I think they will do very little, but I hope I am wrong. But they have lost their leadership, most of their high ups and those with contacts in the elite. I don’t think they can organise anything big at all. Besides, news is Russia has locked down Rostov (where Wagner was given flowers) with Rosgardya.

Wagner will be folded into Putin’s armed forces, well paid, and any disquiet will be snuffed out by the roubles.
Bad guys whichever way you look, so it’s hard to shed a tear for Prigo, but this decisive move by Putin strengthens his hand by taking out a dangerous operator.

Mjaaa, I am not so sure how strong he looks tbh. He made a deal with Prigozhin not long ago. He used Lukashenko to facilitate that deal, I find it odd that they didn’t wait a couple of year at least with this hit (if it indeed is Putin that has given the okay, it could be MoD people acting in revenge for the dead pilots shot down on Prigo and Utkin’s orders, but risky to do a hit without Putin knowing). My point is that it is is usually not the sign of strenght to first make a deal with someone you called traitor, but then kill them a short time later. Because if you kill someone you have made a deal with, it has consequences for your reputation.
But he probably wins by making it easier for Russia’s Ministry of Defence to take over Wagner, if that is the main goal here (but it looks awkward offing Prigo so soon after making the deal imo).
Remember, you have to think like mafia here and a deal is a deal. If you are going to break it, maybe best to wait a bit ? I don’t know.

Maybe Vlad the Great struck a deal only with Lukashenko. As far as I know Vlad and Prigozhin were not on talking terms since the uprising.
