This sounds like the official stance on Gomez’s injury - question mark over whether he plays again this season, which might mean that his final Liverpool appearance was the defeat to PSG.

Hopefully Bradley is back after the international break?
The Northern Irish manager commented that it was a 4-6 week thing so he had already written Conor out of his plans when he got the injury.
Considering that was end of Feb he should be back for those games.
The concern I had was more with the knee as it was bent fully and with the momentum and angle of the knee it had all the hallmarks of a potential cruciate injury.
Hopefully, I am wrong and it is an ankle injury
Not exactly breaking news or a huge surprise as I think we have all known for a while this had been agreed some time ago, although on the other hand I have little faith in anything that comes from a source on the Continent…
Liverpool and England full-back Trent Alexander-Arnold, 26, has agreed terms with Real Madrid on a five-year contract and will join the Spanish giants on a free. (Sky Sports Switzerland - in French)

Yeah I posted it in the rumours.
It doesn’t particularly seem like something that would be surprising in general, but I know Sky Germany have been pretty unreliable so I wouldn’t hold it much sway until something more reliable records it.
Why does this rumour/news have to come out now?
Trent needs to concentrate to get more points in the EPL.
Because transfer talks can happen at any time and journalist work is the same.
This is all we supporters need.
It’s hardly a surprise though is it?
We’ve known this since Christmas at the latest.
Sorry to see him go, and I wish it wasn’t to such a shithouse club, but we will move on.
Is he gone?
Or are we believing inane spculation by SKY Switzerland?
Bloody Swiss and their damn leaks.
I blame @Hope.in.your.heart
I don’t care about Sky Switzerland, Austria, Lichtenstein or San Marino, but it doesn’t seem likely that any of the three will stay. Surely there would have been an announcement by now if they were signing new contracts. Trent seems the least likely to stay, given his age and stage of development.
Of course, I hope I’m wrong, but it would be a very pleasant surprise if any of them are here next season.
The reporters and journalists aren’t to blame for this; they’re just doing their jobs. This is entirely Trent’s fault; he could have clarified this months/weeks ago, one way or another.
Good luck to him. Hes won everthing here and wants to try somewhere else. No issue with it.
Not heard 1 person on Talksport/BBC say that the fly in ointment is that Klopp left early and annoucned it early. Theres no way any of those 3 players who were out of contract would sign before they a)knew who new manager was and b) is he any good?
Club were fucked from the start - if Slot was a flop then no way they stay.
If Slot was good - then players will stay but want more ££ (No one backed us to win the league) and can also ask for more (no idea if they have).
This all starts with Klopp announcing he was leaving last Jan.
hes injured.
That West Ham celebration though…
Nobody posted the Ornstein bomba?
