UEFA Champions League (Part 2)

The deft touch!

PSG are the best side I’ve seen this season, and this final is doing nothing to persuade me otherwise. Inter have had one or two half chances with headers, but PSG are well in control. Let’s see what happens second half.

Will Inzhagi be able to tweak it tactically, so Inter can get into it a bit more?

Next goal is crucial. 2-1 and it could be game on (still unlikely, as I think PSG will be cool and would still increase their lead, but at least with a goal Inter might make them feel some pressure).

However, if it goes 3-0, which is what I expect, game over.

There was a gnat’s knickers between us and PSG, and only penalties could separate the sides over two legs. We are improving over summer and we will go again next season.

But as for this season, PSG have been the best side I’ve seen and they look quite comfortable here in the final at half time.

Mind you, I don’t like the sports washing aspect, even if I like Enrique and I like the team.

That’s a bit of an upgrade…

Give Old Inter a few prunes at halftime and that will get them up and running. Or will that give them the runs, I forget which.

They got stronger as the season progressed.
They met us at the turning point for both teams. That for me was the final.

What, even better than the Arsenal? Surely not…

Sometimes its all about timing.

I thought Slot and team put too much into the group phase and they caught us at a wrong time…

Fletcher just summed it up, really.

It’s all about hard work.

All the top teams have talent. Work harder and you’ll usually win.

The last thing they need is to get diarrhoea ingesting prunes what they need is a couple of red Bulls each.

PSG need to put Inter out of their misery, cus one goal from Inter and we have a whole new game

Yes they were playing one match a week while went through December and January playing Twice a week and sometimes 3 times. But the worst thing is the draw to put us in the wrong half had we been in the other half of the draw we’d be in this final and with Alisson in goal we would have had a better chance of beating them.

It’s time to remember that time when the Missus thought that PSG stood for Paris Soccer Group.

Classic moment in football history.
