UEFA Champions League (Part 2)

Glimt with the first chance of the gave. Very strong save. Fun game this. Very surprising. Glimt somehow stearing the midfield away. But still super early in the game. Extremely impressive by Glimt so far though.

A good chance to the home team now after a super diagonal pass.

They are settling in the game and seemingly taking a bit over.

Edit: A good goal for the home team.

PK for slavia?

Harsh if so, but I don’t know yet

correct decision. was a push

Another forever check for pen.

But it’s a pen for Glimt !!!

wasn’t clear if there was a touch on the ball

Eh, Høegh misses anyway.

It was far too easy for the keeper. Simply a very subpar penalty.

Eh, fuck.

what a strike!
Slavia 2 Bodo 2

Wonder if Chelsea are feeling the club World Cup a bit, that Brentford draw and a drubbing from a decent but hardly brilliant Bayern.

They did it for you Livvy.

On anther note, why did they have to fly? They could easily have taken the train.

That was a shocking decision to award a pen to Monaco there, Migs got clean contact on the ball before Biereth made sure to throw himself over his arm. Glad he managed to save it.

& Now he’s had to come off injured.

Thursday nights in the CL does feel strange.

Brugge ahead and it’s been coming, little toepoked finish by Tresoldi. Monaco defending makes our look world class.

Almost 2. Lovely football by Brugge and that would’ve been a fine goal by Tzolis. Good stop in the end.

…& now it is 2. Monaco a complete shambles trying to defend the resulting corner.

Putting on a clinic here are Brugge. 3-0, sweet sliced volley by Vanaken. Surprised he’s stayed in Belgian football as long as he has, fine player.
