Shearer trying to claim it was onside as heād walked back on (after the ball had been played) was a bit bizarre.
Oliver is still a poor poor referee, that was a clear penalty on Olise.

He just seemed a bit confused, thought it was a goal despite the replay being pretty damn clear.
