That was terrible from Barca. Put all their problems to one side, the fact that they’ve lost quality, not organized enough, not motivated enough… it was pedestrian tonight. Not acceptable. Even if you had 11 Braithwaites on the pitch. Got to do better than that in terms of pure hard work. Second half they just looked like they want to go home. I’m sorry but that is shocking, like I say, even with all their problems.

The only chance they have of becoming a very good side again… must surely start with having a world class manager in place… with Koeman, they certainly DO NOT have that at the moment!.. I mean what has the guy ever achieved eh!

That’s a very minimal though. They are shambles from top to bottom. It’s a result of how badly the club has been run over the years. It’ll take way more than just changing managers in my opinion.

Luckily for Barcelona they are in La Liga and will limp along without any real hitch to their survivability when it comes to securing Champions League football. If they were in the Prem they’d have been in real danger of going into the wilderness.

Just a note, this Manure effort is considered for the EPL title however there is one stat that stands out so far this season, they have not got over the 80% pass completion barrier, and that’s even against some pretty poor opponents (like Leeds at the start of the season). That just is not quality!
