RIP Solskjær. If they don’t win this, it’s the end for him. The clock started ticking for real after the Leicester loss. If they now lose this, then their start of the season must be said to be attrocious. Also problematic that Solskjær doesn’t even play his new players. Open then for extra criticism. Why chase Sancho and Van de Beek etc. ? I think they will lose now, and then I think we will beat them. And after the loss to us, he is done. Even if they beat us, which I don’t think they will, it will be dubious if they haven’t started looking and talking to new prospective managers. I don’t think enough people have faith in Solskjær managing to turn this around after they lose to us, and then he is sacked some time after.

But the problem is that their general start has season has been worse in terms of actual play and last season was Corona season and so was different and doesn’t count like a normal season when it comes to preseason preparations. I genuinely do think it’s too late for him and that he will be sacked if they lose this one and the next one to us. Not progressing in the UCL will be note worthy and sackable (in context of the squad)
