Atletico really put themselves in an awful spot.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH serves those c*nts right

Well, yeah. Milan could still get past them both. But it is a dire position for Atletico, as you note.

10 games in our history with Porto:

7-3-0 and 23-4 goal difference.

I think I heard today that they’re without a win in England in 20 something games in their history.

Whilst I get where you’re coming from, looking at Dortmunds model I would be surprised if they sold him before 2023.

Haarland has his clause kick in in the summer, and it would be shocking business to sell both Haarland and Bellingham at the same time, but if they can convince Jude to wait til the summer after Haarland goes they get the time to evaluate their options and get the right replacement

Dortmund going out the champions league may mean they sell both at the end of the season ÂŁÂŁÂŁ

There is no way Dortmund will cash in on Bellingham already. Maybe if they miss out on CL next season but it’s not going to happen.

They will sell Haaland and maybe some other players will also want to leave (I’m thinking Guerreiro for example).

Dortmund are a selling club. Regardless of whether they’re playing EL or CL the second half of this season, they’ll sell a player or two in summer. I wouldn’t expect them to sell any big name in Jan just because of their results in Europe up to now.

I agree it sounds unlikely but I wouldn’t go as far to rule it out as it probably depends on a number of factors - such as how many other players are looking to move as you have mentioned.

I would prefer Salzburg or Wolfsburg if they make it?

Our Portuguese record is very good under Klopp

Yes they are, but they always do it very straticically.

Next summer they will sell Haarland as that is when his release clause will kick in, so it makes no sense to also sell Bellingham in the same window - unless they get a ridiculous offer for him. Most likely he will be the one they sell in 2023.

Porto have had a number of good chances here. Diaz has been impressive again.

Elsewhere, Antony’s goal for Ajax was similar to Jota’s against Arsenal, lovely composure. Not sure if we’ve been linked with him but I imagine he’s somebody we are keeping a very close eye on, looks very much like a player who would suit our style.

Handbags at the Bernabeu, Barella has just punched Militao in the leg and got sent off.

Haha, AM player off again. Take advantage Porto.

This game is absolutely crazy. Bound to be more red cards in this.

Atletico through with just 2 wins and 1 draw. I think I might have to watch that one this evening for the sheer ugliness of it.

Mattheus Cunha is pathetic. Hilariously overrated, entitled asshole, and disgraceful cheat. Wendell’s elbow was nowhere near Cunha’s face but he went down grabbing his face as tho he was shot at point blank range.

There is NOTHING to like or admire about Atletico.
