Not an excuse. I’ve never seen him deliver speeches using a teleprompter before. He may very well have. However his delivery in the house of commons during budgets etc or when campaigning show someone much more capable when public speaking than Truss has ever been.

My food bill is extortionate, just with the basics, i use sunflower oil in my cooking and that has doubled in price within a year.

Whenever I think Sunak. I remember what he said here. Also, during Covid he had secret meetings with US healthcare companies to buy the NHS.
