When the shit hits the fan, and they've got the wrong man, that's Amorim!

Sancho was there under Ole? The fidger spinner is already on the list above.

Fair enough- I didnā€™t read the tweet. Got no interest in that lot whatsoever.

Varane was an Ole buy, too. You mean Martinez.

Wonder when they will decide on Mason (the man who threatens and beats a woman on a video, but isnā€™t any of that) Greenwood.

Supposedly in the next week. Itā€™s been reported they will have a decision on it before the first game.

Ahhhhh, hoping that the fume over bringing him back into the side is drowned out by losing 0-1 to Wolves to start the season. Smart.

This piece on him makes it even more crazy Utd would be even considering keeping him on

Ignoring the legal issues, it tells a story of an unprofessional shit head who repeatedly went AWOL even missing games with unexplained absences. There was a story a while back about him being pulled out of an England squad because Utd didnt think it was best for his development to go, and this piece alleges it was because of concern for what heā€™d do with that much more license to get himself into trouble.

Utd were aware that he was a shit since he was a little kid and at every stage demonstrated to him that as long he scored goals the disciplinary actions taken against him would be trivial.

This interview really illustrates two things:

  • How little time Rooney spends thinking about anything

  • Why clubs with money make bad decisions

When asked if there is somebody he identifies as an alternative [to the 100+ million Kane], Rooney highlights Kylian Mbappe as the level of star United need to be able to target again if they are to compete for the biggest honours

If spending so much money on one single player, one who requires no imagination or effort to identify, is not only your solution to takinf the next step, but identified as the ONLY option, you have no place taking a salary in football.

He scored 9 times in Series A. Haaland was scoring at like three times that rate in the Bundesliga. Stupid United. The usual desperate spending is what Iā€™m seeing.

Twitter for you.

Really will have to excel his performances to provide any sort of value.

Have they bought him to score goals, or to provide the support for others? (Iā€™d never heard of him so have no clue about his game)

Even Sancho had better stats than him in Bundesliga if heā€™s supposedly a support player

Apparently ā€œthe fansā€ think he is there to provide the finish.
