When the shit hits the fan, and they've got the wrong man, that's Amorim!

Looks like ETH and Sancho have kissed and made up. Which is to say, Ten Hag didn’t get sacked yet, and Sancho doesn’t want to spin his wheels on loan.

Nothing against him. Has the potential to be great so I rather he thinks he is bigger than Manures and a big foreign club comes in for him and he demands to be sold. He can continue his career somewhere else and Manures rueing again what could have been.

Zirkzee is going to be another Flop. Shame that Bayern have a 50% sell on clause.

How fucking thick are United

When do United sell anyone for profit?

They make obscene profits from the sale of tickets and merchandises .

Theyll make pure profit on Greenwood…

Ronaldo maybe the last one?

Fuck, they bought Pogba twice :face_with_spiral_eyes:

Installed a water feature too

Utd are reported as being close to finalizing a permanent deal for Kambwala to move to Villareal. With Varane having already left and reports they are actively working to move Lindelof, you’ve got to imagine they are pretty confident in finalizing deals for probably 2 new CBs to allow a kid like this to move on.

The commitment to see anything Utd do as evidence of a new strategy is really funny to see. Everything they do is being presented as this new wisened strategy Ineos has brought to Utd that is going to revolutionize how they act. This development with Yoro is presented as both a change of strategy over the sort of player to go for and the quality of their project has caused the player to choose Utd.

In reality, the player’s preferred destination was a club who baulked at paying Lille’s asking price for an 18 year old with only 12 months left on his contract. Utd moved to the front because they were the one club in world football willing to meet that fee. This move is not a new approach for them. It is right out of the Anthony, Holjund locker.

While this is quite possibly what happened, nobody can possibly state it as fact, unless they were involved in the negotiations

While I agree with you, the only part that worries me is that Real Madrid were all over this kid until they decided the deal was too expensive for them, Their recent history of signings suggests that when they are after an expensive young player, he’s worth it. Unless all of this was an elaborate prank at Man United’s expense…

70m for someone who just has 12 months left on his contract.

Is it just Man United or is there something i’m missing.

You are only paying attention to the deal they chose to push through. What they have shown is they will go eye wateringly high for young talent if they think the player is right. What the difference is here is they didnt baulk at the fee required for Rodrygo, Vinicius, Jude, or Tchouameni. That bodes well for Endrick, but for they kid they did baulk.

Man United’s mouthpiece with the details and positive spin.

27m for Greenwood is an unexpected and dirty windfall for them as well. At least it is good they finally stopped pretending that INEOS could be a clean slate for him to justify bringing him back, but funding this summer’s spending with income from his sale isnt that much cleaner.
