Good player. Feisty too. Like most players from that era.
He better be careful if he doesnāt spend 300m every window they will be rioting again (only when we play them mind).
He will fit right in there at Old Toilet
Man United fan with infinite wealth buying Man United? Isnāt that precisely what we, as their rivals, should be wary of?
Heās also 70 years old and has never run a football club, sometimes a fan being in charge is not the best.
We live in hope.
Ok he has partly run one, Nice is just about right though as itās an arms length.
Depends if he decides to run it or sits back at the top of it like his company he is doing with Nice. Iām not too bothered if we gain investment and he remains in his pension years.
Why is everything literally the worst thing ever before it happens, Man Utd have had shit loads of cash and wasted it. Thatās their issue not that the Glazers are skinflints.
In fact the only good thing is he isnāt looking at us, Iād be worried why.
Heās involved in a few sports teams. INEOS Britannia (Americaās Cup), INEOS Grenadiers (cycling), Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 team, and as for football, OGC Nice and FC Lausanne-Sport.
Never heard of him before but heās a Sir which means he knows the ārightā people in the country - politicians, decision makers, officials.
Club will even more be protected by the media etc.
Cleared that up now but again doesnāt really make sense why we should now start crying ourselves to sleep.
Again not sure thatās the case to be honest.
On the upside he may not want whiskey nose hanging around the place
Probably want to keep him around.
I would say looking at recent referee decisions Webb taking over the refs is a far more pressing concern.
I read somewhere he was still getting 260k per month from their coffers!
No, if an infinitely rich Liverpool fan bought us. he / sheād be criticised for being a capitalist tory. Then criticised for not spending enough. Then criticised for:
- Cost of season tickets
- Cost of food and drink
- State of the stadium
- Injuries and the medical team
- Pre season tour destinations
- Not going to enough games
- Going to too many games
- The manager
- Sacking the manager
- Not sacking the manager
- The clubās social media
- Sponsors
- Lack of sponsors
- Stadium / stand sponsors
- Lack of the above
etc etc etc etc.
The owners, like the manager, like the players (despite 100% evidence to the contrary) canāt win.
Donāt think anyone needs to cry, certainly.
As an aside, Unitedās current owners, despite their continued high spend on recruitment, they are a tax on the club. With dividends, loans, interest and so forth. Any new owners by simply removing those elements, if they do, would be a big improvement alone.
Looks like Wayne Rooney.
Iām not sure who the guy holding hm is though.
Bruno was rubbish throughout the whole Ronaldo circus. Unfortunately he is much better now. Doesnāt look intimidated anymore. Still hate him though.
