Where is the Adidas Kit Money, John? Oh wait!

What’s the average or median wage in UK? 15 pounds an hour perhaps? So a shirt is a days wage for many people? Ffs! Lucky housing, healthcare, education, utilities and groceries are all so cheap and high quality that the average fan has enough left over to spend a days wage on a shirt.

In Australia where median wages are perhaps $40-50 per hour, a rugby shirt might be about $100

Over 21 years: minimum wage is £12.71
18 years :minimum wage is £10.85
16-17 years & apprentice rate : minmum wage is £8.00

Do many ppl work for minimum wage though? If so, makes shirt price even more ridiculous

The new kit looks better in game than it does on the hangers no?

I do not like the mismatch of the colour between the top and bottom to be honest. The red colour of the top looked washed made it appeared to be pyjamas washed with dark colour clothing.

It looked like the new top with the past seasons shorts

Fck only just noticed that, a schoolboy error. Looks like me mam has washed.

And why were so many of them wearing long sleeve versions on the hottest day of the year?

Hopefully they correct the colour mismatch between the top and the shorts. Equally, maybe get tops that fit the players? They all looked like they were wearing tops at least one size too big.

Long Sleeve adidas shirts look daft

I actually really like this top. The bits at the top reminds me of Germany top from a while ago.

Unfortunately I still can’t bring myself to buy anything until we know if anything is changing for next season.

I remember Klopp talking about his first game in charge in the league, at Tottenham, and mentioning how the players warming up were wearing mismatched kits and the bad impression it made.

Look at us now.

Was thinking the same yesterday…every player looked they had XXL shirt. Why are they so baggy?

It reminds me of football at school…when you didn’t turn up with any kit or only some…you had to go into the left items…and you got whatever you were given…

To make it look like the players had trained so hard that they lost weight!

It’s trying to be nostalgic I think. But major failure.

It isn’t
