2026 FIFA World Cup qualification

Semenyo says hi, well he said thanks very much at the time but now he says hi, but that play in the clip above always asks for trouble and it stems from the coaching guys…when Hungary thought they were good enough to start playing out the back against a sharp, in form Portugal side I haven’t a clue.

In fairness to them they had just got a draw away vs RoI so they probably thought they were shoe-ins to qualify.

It looks like Salah has helped Egypt qualify for the World Cup by scoring 2 goals in their penultimate match. I can’t imagine he will play in the final match and therefore be able to come to Liverpool early.

Great, Koeman starts with van Dijk, Gravenbergh and Gakpo against the mighty Maltese … :face_vomiting:

A fourth North African country has qualified for the World Cup Algeria and Mahrez was one of the scorers against Somalia. The last match is a dead rubber against Uganda.

Virgil shouldn’t have to do more than jog around a bit.

I honestly don’t get the idea to have Dumfries and Frimpong down the same flank. Especially when your LB is vdVen, so naturally Dumfries will continue to go forward as he does.

Talk about having players that bump into each other or team mates who cancel each other out!

Tsimikas has just scored for Greece against Scotland at Hamden.

Scotland just equalised as well.

How was that scottish goal allowed when the number 5 had come back from an offside position and headed it on..

The Scottish keeper was onside. I think…

That counts, doesn’t it?

Scotland now 2:1 up. Peach of a free kick pass from Robertson to set it up.

Scotland 3:1 thanks to great goalkeeping foul-ups of our time.

Bradley just assisted the assist could do that with Salah a bit more to be fair.

Wirtz studied by a 10 man Luxembourg. Don’t you love these critical qualifiers.

I was already holding my breath when that guy came rushing into Wirtz
Completely unnecessary :face_with_spiral_eyes:

We are actually wondering whether they would be better off replacing Woltemade with a telegraph pole planted around the Elfmeter spot and seeing whether anything would rebound off that instead.

Also, my wife has some weird recollection of being in Sinsheim when she worked as a casualty nurse in Heidelberg.

Bradley’s come off with an impact limp though he is walking around the pitch so can’t be massively an issue.

Isak might get the summer off.
