A portion of fan ownership is fine as long as there is zero representation on the board. I don’t want someone on a board of this importance, that has only risked 1k, 5k, 10k towards a billion dollar entity.

The Bayern thing is true, and I don’t know why German fans accept that situation, but the ownership model is a different issue, and doesn’t seem to produce the problems that Mascot and others suggest.

I thought Steve Bruce did a reasonable job for them. Obviously this season not good, and a new owner sees a change, but Bruce wasn’t too bad.
It will be interesting to see what they do, both with the manager and in the market.
