We all probably share an opinion on the purchase of Newcastle by SA and the consequences that football will suffer.
We can speculate as to Amanda Staveley’s importance or position in the brokering of the deal.
But to denigrate anyone on their appearance which it seems is caused by a rare condition isn’t cool.
If she had work done then maybe, but not in this instance.
She may be a first class bitch for all I know, but I think its unfair to stick it to her because of appearance.
I don’t think she is exempt, but in this case her appearance is caused by a medical condition. Sometimes going in on someone because of what they look like can backfire.
Oh I agree it’s hypocritical and clever I just rather criticise her for being a cynical tool with in a wider sports washing project rather than about her looks.
As someone said could they invite anymore VIPs to that atrocious thing on Sunday.
Oh, I dunno. I just know that I very nearly made a plastic surgery comment about her the other day and I know I’d feel a right twat if it turned out to be Huntingdon’s.
A friend of mine’s wife is in the last stages of Huntingdon’s, tragically. It’s a hideous, cruel, devastating disease but, AFAIK, it doesn’t affect one’s appearance other than various paralysis.
It’s hilarious that the Saudis don’t like supporters dressing in towels. But of course:
“No-one among the new ownership group was in any way offended by the attire of the fans who chose to celebrate in this way”
hahah yeah right. MBS and his ilk don’t really cope with parody never mind criticism. Hypocrisy is more their style - apparently wearing this get-up is:
“culturally inappropriate and risks causing offence to others. All visitors to the club are, as always, encouraged to wear whatever is the norm for their own culture or religion”
Well then I guess we won’t see anymore of these newly woke Saudi types in suits… Oh?
