After the final whistle…it shouldnt have been there…and the PL have agreed it shouldnt have been a pen…so I think the clowns in black should pay this fine…non of them competent enough to do their jobs…
He should appeal the decision, the board was clearly already broken…he acted in good faith and his mindset was solely focused on trying to fix it.
