LegoMan complaining about not having a big squad like us:

"There are moments – obviously they managed to do that. They made the subs and the subs made the impact and they managed to change the game,” he said of Liverpool’s win over Brentford.

“In our side it was the opposite…think when you look at the performances, I don’t know how many teams are playing at this level in the league. When you look at the bench you probably say, we are very, very short.”

Awwww poor Lego man… my heart bleeds purple piss for ya!!

He does have some talented young players to turn to if he wanted but he put Nathan Butler-Oyedeji, a man who struggled on loan in L2 instead.

I know he has Lewis-Skelly and Nwaneri breaking through - two of the talented young players in the country but everything he’s done as a coach show he doesn’t trust young players, just like his mentor Pep.

Pep can’t afford to lose a single game, as it would reflect badly on him, so he doesn’t risk youngsters and plays it safe with the BiG NaMeZ.

That has rubbed off on Legoman.

Liverpool must be making a mint in real estate, with the amount of space in the heads of both Pep, and his little acolyte Arty, our boys own.

And just like, all the ground they think they made up evaporates.

I think the point is we’re living in theirs rent free - more of a second/third holiday home sort of thing than a income generating sublease.

Where they stocked up on defenders who get injured we stocked up on forwards.

If you look at 7 out, 3 are defenders, two aren’t first team and Jesus and Saka.

Anyhow Gary Neville said that injuries are no excuse in our 2020-21.

Cauliflower’s most impressive performance to date was at the Euros when he had a hard on.

Not the kind of stats you expect to see from champions-to-be.

Tempting fate here (that’s just what I do ), but they may well finish with more points than anyone else over the course of 3 seasons with nothing to show for it.
