Why a friendly against another Premier League club?
We Hamburgers as a German club plays against Everton, a English club while the so-called “Volksparkfestival”.
Presume it is some sort of pre-season tournament in the states, LFC play Sunderland, Wrexham and Leeds then Monaco and Como so it is quite heavy on other British teams.
Ah ok. For me, as Hamburger SV fan, are the Toffees a opponent with a great name. Maybe, i would visit this match.

It’s been revealed that Tah, who had never taken a penalty before in his life, had to take the 6th penalty because nobody else had the guts to step up. I‘ll never hate on players for missing their pens, the real losers are veterans like Goretzka who refused to step up. (Kimmich asked him twice)

Is Julian Nagelsmann on the way out? According to Sky, a parting of ways is a serious scenario currently being discussed internally. Support for the national team coach within the DFB executive committee is wavering.
However, no quick decision is expected for the time being. An initial discussion took place that very night between Neuendorf, Rettig, Völler, and Nagelsmann. Further in-depth analysis is set to take place back in Germany.
Neuendorf announced: “In the coming days, we will calmly discuss together why the team was unable to tap into its potential and failed to live up to its own expectations and those of the German football community.” “After such a crushing blow, we cannot and do not want to simply return to business as usual with the upcoming challenges ahead.” Further personnel consequences beyond Nagelsmann are also being discussed.
Nagelsmann himself has ruled out resigning. His contract runs until the home European Championship in 2028, and he earns up to €8 million annually.
Jürgen Klopp would be available; according to Sky Sport, he would take on the national team coaching role if the DFB approached him.
