When nearly every player looks shite week in week out and it doesn’t matter who is picked, who is benched and who is dropped, the same issues play out time and again then the focus should be on the manager and the coaching team as much as the players.
We are too easy to play against and give up too many quality chances. New players aren’t magically going to fix that. It’d be some coincidence for all of these players have magically become ready for the knackers yard at the exact same time.
