He had never heard of RM at this stage :0)
It’s important to encourage the next generation
My nephew plays for Dungannon Swifts, the team Conor left to join Liverpool. He’s an inspiration to all the kids here. And a really good human being also
Comments about him looking like he has bulked up, generally I agree he does look less lanky than he did.
Conor playing in Salah’s position tonight. Captaining the team in a huge match
And how did he do?
Team were poor. Bradley did ok though was knackered towards the end
It is one of the things that cheers me up, that we have players who have a title under their belts its not like the lad will get to 30 still waiting for one. Makes me feel for Jamie and Stevie, though at least they won the CL, those plays who joined from 2005 were some of our best and won an FA Cup.
Let me guess: an ACL injury in the dying minutes of the game from a needless, clumsy move with no one around him? Must be the luck of a Liverpool player. I’m gutted for the lad, injuries will destroy his career.
He tried too hard and lost control of his body. not the first time.
I actually wish when he comes back fit again that he doesn’t play all the time.
Though I think Frimpong currently offers more as a winger, but we’ll see.
That’s what tiredness does, he gives everything and love him for it
I totally understand why Slot was reluctant to make subs, but the players looked absolutely goosed, and Bradley in that moment is swinging out of tiredness. It’s a tired action and a tired decision.
The irony being the ball was gonna bounce out anyway.
But when tired youre not thinking straight.
I was amazed at the lack of subs.
Any news on his injury?
As always it will take a day or two for the swelling to go down enough to properly diagnose it, but even without a clear diagnosis I think we can say its not a good one and if he plays again this season I’d be surprised.
Yet it’s funny that at the end of Bradley’s topic, Slot said “we have to wait for scans to see if it’s that bad or maybe he can play on Monday, let’s hope so”.
