He’s average at best. His stats are padded out by the fact he faces about 10 shots per game, he can’t catch, his positioning is cack, he can’t pass out from the back.

It’s a weird one for the Ponchettino plays as well, his Spurs team played out from the back for years but could never do it I remember we’ve at least created 4-5 chances from it and others have done the same.
I might just about understand them buying him as second choice if both Kepa and Mendy want first team football but first choice would be laughable. In fact the way Kepa had been playing it would be a downgrade.
