Sooner or later they will get their act together under Poch, as he is a good manager will surely get a tune out of this vast collection of expensively assembled players.
Hopefully that day is a long time coming.
In the meantime I allowed myself a chuckle.
What if they’re all vastly overpriced players?
Did he manage it at PSG???
Yes, that worked out well for him at PSG didn’t it
Beat me to it
He is a good manager but its a toxic culture there. Sometimes a manager is not enough to combat that.
Graham Potter is still a good manager, even though he’s now thought of as a clown.
How many people have gone through that club and failed miserably.
Even Lampard failed there and as @Klopptimist pointed out, he’s essentially a genius.
Can’t Boehly just sign 20 managers and have them all in the technical area shouting commands ?
Give it time…
I think most of them are vastly overpriced.
There’s still a lot of quality there too. Value for money? Nowhere near.
Fair do, Poch didn’t do well at PSG. Here’s hoping Chelsea’s toxic culture overpowers whatever gifts he has as a manager and a coach.
I’m certainly not burning a candle for them. Hopefully they struggle.
Poch greatest premier league achievement was finishing 3rd in a 2 horse race year Leicester won the title.

Didn’t he finish runnersup in the next season?
And he also took Spurs to second place in the 2019 UCL Final…behind LFC.
To be fair he is a good manager and he potentially can get this lot working alternatively players get disgruntled it’s an even squad and ultimately Bohely sacks him.
Are there enough £2M houses for all of them?
Yes, the solution is to replace all the players bought 1 transfer window ago. Then, replace all the ones bought during this window. Oh, and replace the manager every quarter.
Keep doing this for 3 years in a row and it’ll all work out.
He is good but I always felt he should have looked for appointments like Klopp, where he is allowed to build a team with players of his preference. He almost got there with Spurs but the owners there would not back him anymore at certain point of time. To be honest, the only manager I see in modern football who could actually be more arrogant than egoistic footballers is Pep and could actually make a group of egos play as a team. I don’t think Poch has that in him.
