There is a good deal of legit reporting treating Chelsea as already having PSR violations baked in, even before the spending of this summer. None of this makes any sense at all.

The attitude seems to be something like we know we are going to get fucked when it comes to FFP. In the meantime, get as many players in as possible so that we can sell them later and then stay within FFP guidelines.
I bumped into Caicedo at a cafe in Fulham the other day and he tried to sign me up as an Avon seller.

Lukaku is shit and they havent yet ruined what is left of Toney’s career so can kid themselves that he is the answer to their problems.

Once, yes. At his best he was very good. He has had some bad moves, most notably leaving Inter to go back to Chelsea, that didnt work out for him and plays like someone who carries those failures heavily on his shoulders.
