To quote Ben Franklin. “A republic if you can keep it.” It isn’t so much the document as our fidelity to it as citizens. While the current challenge has been rebuffed, there is nothing to say it won’t ultimately fail in the future. It takes an educated citizenry dedicated to its values.

I think that is a really difficult idea to defend. He lost an election despite his lawlessness not because the constitution provided any meaningful protection against it.
