I fucking love laughing at teams who have to play on Thursday nights…
Ha! Yeah. Fancy running out to play when you don’t even know who’s won the US election. They’ll spend the whole game in a state of massive uncertainty, doubt they’ll be able to concentrate.
Should have done better in the league, muppets.
With Trump looking to have the count stopped now, would that mean that Biden wins
Geez, could that man be any more vague?
Maybe Andy is an Atalanta fan?
Good question…
Biden is ahead in Az, Nv, Wi, and Mi = 270.
Winner winner, chicken dinner.
It’s a bit unnerving. How the fuck could he know about my inability to find the TV remote?
Fuck yes that was horrible when it happened to us. Long live Tuesday and Wednesday night football!
Blow the fucking whistle!!!
Who’s reffing this cunt?!?!?!?!?!?
Fuck, you’re not telling me the US have Fergie time are you?
The Pennsylvania gap is dropping.
I will try again.
Each congressional district gets 1 vote for President. Exactly the same system as the UK, basically, first past the post by district. States also get the 2 votes that represent their Senators. They allocate those two to the winner of the popular vote. So, Biden won Omaha, which is one congressional district, and gets one vote. Trump won the other two, so he gets 2 districts plus the 2 Senators.
For all the other states, it is just done as winner take all for the entire state.
It is sort of helpful to think of what the Electoral College once was, a set of men the State would send to DC to choose the President.
Wouldn’t Biden have to win roughly 75-80% of remaining votes to win the state
If you don’t mind my asking, do you have the day off again? Your life really intrigues me.
I need Michigan updates, I’m sure it should be pale blue by now but my chosen site seems to be lagging. Once it turns pale blue I can start the chant … USA, USA … old conservative toad has won against old disgusting, dispicable f…ing …
He’s 589k down with 1.7m to count, so less than that I would have thought.
Most of the remaining votes are coming from areas that lean more favourably towards the Democrats than those already reported.
Ok, got it. Tbh, I just could never be bothered to look into the details of Nebraska or Maine. No offence to any members on this forum.
