Does no one watch Veep? That’s not how it works. The House gets one vote per state not per seat. So all the congress people within a state have to come to together and vote on how they will cast their vote for, and that structure favours the GOP.

If North Carolina and Alaska are called for trump with Pennsylvania, Nevada, Georgia and Arizona called for Biden then it’ll end with 25 states each.

We’re talking of the make of the delegations in the house. I dont actually know if is the present house or the new house who would vote, but either way there are GOP majorities in a majority of states.

It’s the new house.
And it’s house delegations. If the Presidency were to go to the House, Trump would be elected President because there are 26 Republican House delegations and 24 for the Democrats.
But it’s all hypothetical now. Biden is going to win GA NV and PA, and maybe AZ.
