Interesting story developing, Global Affairs Canada has $40 million of development projects that it was funding USAID to execute, and are assessing how much of that money has been spent, versus how much should be returned.
A huge number of multilateral aid projects are spiralling into the ground right now because USAIDās role has been shut down overnight, taking some of the NGOs with it.

Probably a bit of both,they are stupid and lying is second nature to them.
I would of thought a meeting, where two supped up motors, burning a shit load of fuel, flames popping from the back, where bravadoism was judged on being able to drive a motor, in a straight line as fast as possible, in front of a Budweiser drinking, whooping, yee hawing crowd very Americanā¦.

US tariffs are coming for all exports regardless of the product or the country. Thatās the mindset of Trump has new economic cabinet members.
One thing I think may surprise everyone is that the Trump administration is going to wind up being more pro Ukrainian than most people think. Trump has been appointing some very pro Ukraine to his administration. And given Putinās maximalist aims, Trump wonāt take being stiffed by Putin well after he rejects Trumpās peace offer.

Well, no. The amount of the co-funded projects is known ($44M) and the projects are fairly transparent - there is indeed some woke stuff, but the boffins in Ottawa hardly need to farm those out to Americans. The cooperation is usually where the US has much larger capacity.

It will end up being the largest peacetime tax increase in American history. The aluminium tariff is particularly stupid, given you only have to look at what happened in 2018. Consumer prices increased far more than the percentage of the tariffs. Putting a tariff on something with fairly inelastic demand and inelastic domestic supply is just a tax on consumers.
