ISIS has no real space to grow in Gaza. Hamas is already so extreme and nihilistic that it covers most of ISISās bases, so to speak. What is some ISIS recruiter going to promise that Hamas does not already cover. Very little, except for aa broader war against everyone. Hamas has total control in Gaza and since ISR withdrew, it has clamped down hard with executions and torture of dissidents and criminals. No one in Gaza can go against them. I donāt see how ISIS can grow there without the full cooperation of Hamas. And they are not alligned, so probably not.
