Looking at the situation, I’m reminded of the short tenure of Liz Truss in the UK: similarly absurd declarations and decisions, crashing the economy, and more generally, looking totally out of sorts.
The difference is that this is a superpower we are talking about here, so the implications are much more massive. But I still wonder if this administration can stay in power much longer with such a crash course set up.
The difference is more that the UK electoral system provided a way for Truss to be neutered or removed, I don’t know what options are open in the US for that to happen.

Things should start to settle down when Elon is caught in a compromising situation with Melania… with photographic evidence for the world to see - Once the Citrus Caligula has been emasculated in such a way on the global stage… well surely his blood pressure will go beyond the point where his heart survives…
