I was once asked by a BMW salesman if I wanted one. I said no, but woke up in the morning to find one in my driveway anyway and bill for it in the letter box.
These sorts of business practices should absolutely be shut down.

They know what they are, and they’re fine with it. I know some are trying to still reason with them, more power to you… but there’s no discussion/debate to be had anymore.
In the Sam Seder vs 20 MAGAs debate, at one point he was talking to an ethno-nationalist and he said something along the lines of, “our worldviews are fundamentally different, we’ll never agree.” That’s where I’ve been at for a while with these.

It’s very disturbing. The US needs an organisation like ICE, but their mandate and method are both very disturbing. STASI-Lite.
It sort of reminds you of how the Russian internal security apparatus operates, within Russian law but yet (even publically) outside it, and when the media (Russian) reports of their excess, it does not lead to corrections or consequences. The media (Russian) instead get the function of deterrence and terror. Reporting about FSB exceeding mandate, operating putside the law, functions as building its image and instiling fear of the organisation.
